Ms. B and Alex were the leaders of the graduates this morning! I was very excited to get a photo of the line leaders. Ms. B placed the students and they began the morning with a song. Alex had a hard time with the volume and length so he relocated during the middle of the performance!! Each students name was called and they got to walk onto a table, bow and accept their award. We were so excited that Alex went through the whole process. Ms. B came up to us after the ceremony and said they had been practicing for a week. Alex wasn't a willing participant during the rehearsals, but he did an awesome job when it counted :) I was thrilled that both Dadam and I were there to witness such an amazing event!!
We don't have a lot of treats at home anymore so when they have treats at school Alex is always excited!! He was first in line for cake and he started to lick the plate until I caught him!! Both Alex and Amelia had a great time playing! Alex gave Ms. B her baby gift (a pirate onesie, booties, pj's & socks). Alex helped can you tell :)
Alex's teachers created a special end of the year book full of his work throughout the year! One of the questions was What was your favorite part of school? "Mr. Potato Head and Pirates". Congratulations Alex on a year of Preschool behind you! Good luck in summer school and Ms. B's class next year :)
The two ladies that bus Addison and Alex to school each morning gave certificates to them this morning as well. These ladies also gave them goodie bags last week that were created just for them. Alex's had pirate stuff and Addison's had cute coloring pages and princess toys. What wonderful people my little ones have the opportunity to meet and know!
