Alex's Field Trip to the Sea Life Aquarium

Alex and Dadam had the opportunity to go on a field trip today with Alex's class.  Alex was very excited when he woke up this morning and learned that today was the "fish day"!  He woke Dadam up and told him to get ready.  Addison had a hard time getting on the bus knowing that Alex was on his way to the aquarium (a place they have always wanted to go, but we haven't).  Dadam said that when they arrived Alex was over the moon excited.
As we all know Alex has no fear and so getting to touch the star fish was very exciting for him.  Dadam said that they had asked the kids to only use two fingers, but Alex was picking them up and trying to knock them off the rocks to make them move!!

Alex was moving pretty quickly through the exhibits.  He only stopped when something really good caught his eye.  The crabs above are huge according to Dadam.  He said they were as big as two adult heads put together.

Alex was ready to go by the time this bubble was in their path to the exit!  Dadam talk him into giving it a try thought and the pictures turned out great :)

With Alex ready to leave Dadam was looking for things that would keep his interest.  He told Alex that they needed to find the Pirates and lucky for him their was a treasure chest around the corner.  You can see in the picture that Alex was trying to pick the chest up!  The skeleton in the picture is supposed to be a whale, but Alex said it was a dinosaur!!  When they made it to the exit their was a gift shop of course and it was filled with pirate stuff from lunch boxes to pirate Lego's.  No matter what Dad tried to interest him in he was stuck on the Lego's and is still playing with them at the counter as I type this.
