This year I took my idea from one of Alex's classroom aids. She had mentioned in passing that they needed a picture of Alex hanging on the cupboard next year so that he would still be with them each day. I decided to create frames that have to do with the kids personalities and what they like. Alex's was of course pirates :)
Addison's teacher is having a baby any day now! She is due on June 2nd, we picked out a couple of cute outfits for her little man. One of the outfits is even pirates! Alex will be spending time in her room next year and she will appreciate the pirate outfit once she meets and gets to know our Alex!
Alex had a fun time pointing out the pirate flags and swords to his teachers at school. What amazing woman they truly are. I can still not seem to get over the amazing progress that Alex has made over the past two years. How will we ever keep up the growth without these ladies. They truly hold a special place in my heart. This seems like such a small gesture when it comes to my feelings for these ladies. May they always know that the things they do day in and day out are truly miracles for our family.
