Yesterday when Adam came home from school he sat at the table to practice writing his name and the number 5. When he had written his name a few times he said to me..."Mom, maybe my middle name could be Thomas. Adam Thomas Berniger yes, would you write that please." I wrote his request on his paper and he began to practice writing his new name! As his Dad was eating breakfast with him this morning once again Lil Adam was practicing his new name. His dad made the suggestion that this afternoon we could start writing all of his friends names too! I just thought it was great that he wanted to change his middle name to Thomas. I don't think that I would have ever thought of that at the age of five :)
