Halloween 2009 Alice in Wonderland

Cheese!!

Jared & Ashley all decked out as Softball Players!!!

Adam as our Mad Hatter

Trick or Treat Alice :)

Our wonderful White Rabbit. Alex had wardrobe malfunctions all night...I couldn't finish buttoning his shirt before pictures and as soon as I finished the ears came off :) If you look at his hand he had his watch to tell ya he is late :)

Trick or Treating

Adam & Addison were pros this year!! Alex took a while to get the hang of things...If you look at the left of the picture in the back Alex in hanging out by the door thinking there should be something more!!

He decided to get down to business though...he lost the rabbit ears and jacket and started to realized getting candy at each door isn't such a bad thing :)

Alice, Tweedle Dum & Dorthy cruzin to the ward Trunk or Treat!

Smile!!

Our ward Trunk or Treat was combined with another ward this year! Someone made Lil Adam's night by having a large Wall-E at their trunk. This Wall-E came from a movie theater while the show was in the theater :) Very picture worthy!!!!

Jack O Lanterns & the Front Porch

Disco Ball, Fog Machine, Black Sheets & Skeletons Oh My!! I always have a great time decorating for Halloween. This year I had Adam bring out only the important items!!!!

Our Luminarias provided a great pathway to our Disco Walkway!!

Wall-E in all his glory!! Way to go Dadam!!

This was the face Mommy picked out this year! Aunt Ashley and Dadam did a great job :)

Alex and Addison's pumpkins are traditional and cute!! What a great trip these pumpkins had, from New Mexico to Arizona :)

Pumpkin Carving

Dadam had the big task of carving a Wall-E pumpkin this year. He rose to the challenge though!

Starting with only a pictures he was able to create just what his son was looking for. To see the final results look at our Jack O Lantern Post!!!

Alex wasn't really into the whole pumpkin carving thing...playing with the Tigger Pumpkin was good enough for him!

He loved getting a look at the final product though :)

Addison and Adam had a great time with Dad and I am sure can't wait until next year to do it all again :)

Halloween Food

Mummy Bandages with blood and eye balls were on the menu this year!!! For those that don't understand we had noodles with meatballs or mummy and red sauce!!

We needed something to dip our blood into so we had bread pumpkins with garlic sauce to ward off the evil spirits!! To wash all of this scary food down we had witches brew better known as root beer with dry ice! A spooky, but yummy dinner :)

Lil Adam's Fall Carnival

Dad and Adam had a guys night out on Friday! Adam's elementary school was having their annual Fall Carnival. Adam was so excited to attend, all week long he was reminding me to send money for tickets! We thought it best for the night to belong to just Adam and his Dad. Their were 9 activities to participate in and Adam did all but two! Below are a few of his favorites...

Adam was so proud of his pumpkin! His smile says it all :)

Dad said that Plinko was his favorite game!!

Golf lessons???

I guess that Adam needs a little more practice fishing...I guess he almost hooked his dad instead of the fish :) Over all he had a GREAT time. I was told that his smile and walk was as spunky as ever!

Mom's Birthday!

My birthday was very different this year...with moving and doctors it just didn't seem like my special day. Thanks to loved ones and friends calling to wish me a happy day and leaving messages and sending cards the evening was wonderful! Thank you for thinking of me and please know that each of you made my day :)

My little ones have been talking about my birthday all month. Adam said, "Mom you like flowers, your birthday should be a flower birthday." Thanks to a dear friend here in Arizona I received my special flower cake for my flower birthday! I am truly blessed :)
